IMA was established in 1998 in Driggs, Idaho by Katie Salsbury and Jeff Klausmann.  In the past 9 years we have grown to a staff of 14 individuals with expertise in wetlands, fisheries, wildlife, landscape planning, habitat restoration, water resource engineering, watershed assessment, water quality monitoring, native plant revegetation and integrated weed management.  We have completed projects on public and private lands with a diverse group of partners including the EPA, Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton National Park, US Fish & Wildlife Service, the Nature Conservancy, Ducks Unlimited, Trout Unlimited, Teton County, Wyoming, Jackson Hole Land Trust, Teton Regional Land Trust, Friends of the Teton River, Teton County Housing Authority, Town of Jackson, Wyoming Game & Fish Department, Natural Resource Conservation Service and the Teton Conservation District.  A strong emphasis on clearly defined and feasible project goals, open and honest communication, environmental stewardship and customer service has resulted in an excellent reputation among our clients, colleagues and the public agencies.  Our design-build habitat restoration team has completed over 60 habitat restoration projects throughout the west that function ecologically and blend aesthetically within their surrounding environment.
