Project: Graham Baseline Inventory
Location: Driggs, ID

Goal:
To document the baseline conditions of a 160-acre property that was being entered into a conservation easement.

Description:
IMA completed a baseline inventory to describe the general condition; physical, ecological, and scenic values of the 160-acre Graham Rainbow Bend Property located in Teton County, Idaho for the purpose of a conservation easement. The primary purpose of this inventory report was to document the important conservation values protected by the easement and the relevant conditions of the Property as necessary to monitor and ensure the terms of the easement. The baseline inventory conformed to federal IRS and Land Trust Alliance standards.
